This map is inspired by Why Galesburg Has No Money as well as other posts on Strong Towns
The source of the data that I used is the City of Madison Open data portal Tax Parcels dataset.
The data were processed with Python using a notebook available on Github. Mapbox was used to generate the actual webmap.
